Peak Plastics was formed in 1971 and remains a family owned and managed trade injection moulding company located on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire.

We offer a comprehensive service from assisting with your product design and prototyping through Design for Manufacture(DFM) review, tool design & manufacture to moulding and post-mould value add operations.  We currently supply components into a diverse range of applications and industry sectors including Medical, Office Furniture, Automotive, Construction Vehicles, Industrial Electronics, Architecture and Consumer Electronics.

Using our own, bespoke, quick-change tooling system we are able to offer low cost tooling, shorter lead times and lower volume runs without small batch penalties. Material and colour changes can be handled with equal efficiency making Peak Plastics attractive to customers operating lean stock systems.

We have a moulding capacity range of 60T to 500T, including a 150T vertical press with rotating turntable for high volume insert moulding. We are familiar with a wide range of materials from PPE's & PP's through to HIPS, ABS, PC-ABS and glass filled Nylons. We can cater for your colour requirement with either colour matched masterbatches and compounds or post-mould painting & printing. 

We have several tool-making partners, both local and national, also overseas (Shenzhen, China) facilities where we have a relationship of over 8 years and completion of several hundred successful new product introductions.

All moulding work is carried out at our Ripley site under our ISO 9001:2015 quality certification.
